The Pasta DietThe diet of pasta can lose weight around five kilos a month thanks to a menu of pasta. The diet of the paste are necessary during six days a week, leaving Sunday free and you can eat whatever you want.

Operation of the diet of pasta
Is to repeat the following menu six days a week for a month.

Pasta Diet Menu
Breakfast: coffee, tea or other tea, fresh fruit
Mid-morning: orange juice
Food: choose from any of the following foods:
- Roasted or boiled chicken flavored with spices, served with steamed vegetables
- Baked fish with a salad of lettuce, tomatoes and onions seasoned with olive oil and vinegar
- Beef grilled and steamed vegetables
- a fruit salad for dessert
Snack: fruit juice or fresh fruit
Dinner: Choose one of the following possibilities:
- Colored pasta with artichokes and vegetables baked chopped
- Spaghetti with peas and roasted vegetables
- Macaroni and garlic sautéed in a little oil and sautéed vegetables
- Wheat soup with vegetables
