<p>The second form of active recovery includes the following days after an intense workout or training.</p>
<p>Research is growing on the benefits of both types of active recovery and a study published in <strong>Medicine</strong> and Science <strong><a href="http://www.colombiaherida.org/tag/sports">in Sports</a></strong> and Exercise, found that active recovery immediately after an event, reduces muscle lactate levels faster.</p>
<p>After doing hard intervals on a muscle group fully rested, exercised a second group decreasing by 30 percent intensity.</p>

<p>Many athletes, fans and coaches generally agree on the importance of <strong>jump rope</strong> for <em>strength</em> and muscular endurance. In<em> sports</em>, is to improve the height of the<em> jumps</em> and <em>booting</em> from practitioners of <em>athletics.</em></p>
<p><strong>The jump rope</strong> is considered the basic exercise in resistance methods, both for its results, for its simplicity.
