I&#8217;ve learned along the way to recycle my thoughts, my taste buds,  and my priorities, and choose carefully what I put into my body.</p>
<p>I  constantly ask myself this question: Does this serve me food with health  and life of nutrition and food not endanger my health and, ultimately,  my life-the quality and length of it?</p>
<p>Try  asking yourself this question the next time you eat something, &#8220;Does  this food or feed me deplete me?&#8221;</p>

<p>Most of  us are very attached to our old way of eating and living. And we like  the food we eat.</p>
<p>But I  assure you, because I myself have experienced that if you follow the  basic principles for the best nutrition for human health, that rewards  talented far beyond what you can imagine. Not only transform your body  closer to his ideal weight, fitness, and health, you&#8217;ll get a better  mental clarity and emotional stability. You are better connected to what  you are as a person and why they are on this planet.</p>

<p>As a healthy food can be harmful to us when combined with other foods. For example, fruits are needed to make a short stay in the stomach in that they combine very well with cereals or legumes, there are more than two hours.
