<p style="text-align: justify;">The ADA estimates that more than 20 million U.S. children and adults living with diabetes. However, about a third of those with the disease have not yet been diagnosed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Previously, the association did not support low-carb diets because of lack of evidence for safety and effectiveness dobre. We, however, the fact that someone can join a meal plan is more important than the subject of diet, according to the ADA.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Over a year, diets low in carbohydrates are equally effective for losing weight than those low calorie diets. However, the recommendations for 2008 include guidelines for monitoring lipid profiles and kidney health of those individuals who choose to follow a diet low in carbohydrates and high in protein.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The recommendations support first, modest weight loss and increased physical activity in overweight, obesity, diabetes or are at risk of developing the disease.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ann Albright, president of health care and education of the ADA stated that &#8220;the evidence is clear that both diets low in calories and low in fat result in similar weight loss per year. We are not endorsing any of these weight loss plans over<br />
any other method. What we want to know the health care providers is the importance of patients to choose a plan that works for them and the team of health care support the efforts of weight loss for their patients and provide adequate monitoring the health of patients. &#8220;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">To lose 7% of their body weight and perform more than 150 minutes of physical activity per week, individuals who have pre-diabetes, can prevent the development of the disease, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The study aims to determine the genetic factors that contribute to the development of metabolic syndrome and what are the eating patterns that could adequately treat these patients.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Those affected by the metabolic syndrome often have abdominal obesity, hypertension, high blood glucose levels, insulin resistance, elevated triglycerides and decreased HDL cholesterol or &#8220;good&#8221;, diabetes, among others. In this way, individuals are three times more cardiovascular problems.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Research indicates that when patients have a diet rich in monounsaturated fatty acids as olive oil or other low in fat but rich in omega 3, all significantly improve lipid abnormalities and thereby reduce the risk of cardiovascular problems .</p>

Physical activity is compatible with any domestic or daily activity, we care for our children as we do <strong><a href="http://www.colombiaherida.org/tag/training">weight training</a> </strong>in our house (elastic bands, Forwarder, dumbbells, &#8230;) or ride the exercise bike, we can also go for a walk with our children while these bicycling or self-loading exercises in a park while they play.</p>
<p>In short, we recommend:</p>
<p>* Remove minimum 3 days a week, one hour each day to carry out these activities<br />
* Perform these activities in a planned and supervised<br />
* Commit to the completion of the exercise to be flexible with hours commensurate with the real possibilities of doing<br />
* Search strategies to support our leisure with our family life and obligations<br />
* Taking physical activity as a priority in our routine life but never as stressful obligation<br />
* Enjoy a work out in a healthy way!</p>
