Operation of the Diet of yogurt and fruit
Should be taken daily to add yogurt and saccharin or no-calorie sweetener.

Day 1
Breakfast: coffee or tea with saccharine, a tablespoon of wheat bran and fat plain yogurt
Mid-morning: fruit yogurt
Eating: a bowl with two natural yoghurt, chopped a handful of strawberries and a handful of grapes
Snack: a natural or fruit yogurt
Dinner: a plain yogurt and fruit

Day 2
Breakfast: orange juice, coffee or tea, fat plain yogurt with a tablespoon of bran or cereal
Mid-morning: fruit yogurt
Eating: a bowl with two pieces of fruit and natural yoghurts
Snack: an apple and a pear
Dinner: a fillet of fresh salmon grilled or baked, served with sauteed vegetables, a nonfat yogurt

Day 3
Breakfast: coffee or tea, nonfat yogurt and fruit
Mid-morning: a natural orange juice or tomato
Eating: a bowl of boiled rice with vegetables, a yogurt
Snack: fruit yogurt
Dinner: fruit salad

Disadvantages of yogurt and fruit diet
This is a restrictive diet that does not provide sufficient calories and we will starve. Eat yogurt and fruit can cause muscle and water to remove the body but not fat. This facilitates the so-called rebound effect that the weight lost is back again to flow faster.
