Here are the results of a study conducted in Australia, but let us see in detail!

The study was based on 106 overweight or obese adults living in Australia, were between 24 and 64 years and made one of two diets for one year: a low-fat and high carbohydrate (bread, pasta, rice) or another low carbohydrates and high in fat, with more meat and dairy products.

One conclusion that came to light was that both diets were equally lose weight, with an average of 13, 7 kilos.

However, despite the fact that the diets worked equally in the weight loss is concerned, the fact is that those who ate more carbohydrates and less fat, after a year, kept the good humor, while those who did the other diet were depressed and were confused.

So you know, to lose weight and be happy, less steak and more rice!
