Dinner: choose one dish from the following:
* An eggplant or spinach cooked with potatoes in the oven
* An egg omelette with salad and grated apple
* Boiled white rice seasoned with salt and baked with vegetables
* Lettuce, tomato, onion, carrots and mushrooms
* Dessert fruit salad
Drawbacks of the apple diet
