The summer diet is made up of vegetables and fruits typical of the season, with its vitamins and minerals help and strengthen the body against external factors such as aging caused by sun exposure.
Procedure
Day 1:
For breakfast
* Infusion with skimmed milk.
Mid-morning lunch
* A peach.
To eat
* Gelatin cake with vegetables.
* Lettuce and celery seasoned with salt and oil.
* Jelly Light.
