Health and Fitness is Your Choice

Are you tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what you see?

Are you tired of a lot of weight, very little energy, and too many aches and pains? Are you tired of other weight loss program that gives too many promises and little substance, once again demonstrate that diet just do not work?

How do I know? Because I am traveling this journey with you. I grew up with the same foods that have been raised. I love many of the same foods you love. I’ve learned along the way to recycle my thoughts, my taste buds, and my priorities, and choose carefully what I put into my body.

I constantly ask myself this question: Does this serve me food with health and life of nutrition and food not endanger my health and, ultimately, my life-the quality and length of it?

Try asking yourself this question the next time you eat something, “Does this food or feed me deplete me?”

If you are confused and just do not know, then take the time to read books and listen to the tapes that will help you discover the foods that provide the best nutrition for maximum lifetime health and fitness.

The starting point for me is: choose health and fitness. Choose life, not premature disability, disease and premature death.

What to choose for yourself? Premature disability, disease and early death, or a long life full of mobility, activity, energy, joy, and purpose?

Most of us are very attached to our old way of eating and living. And we like the food we eat.

But I assure you, because I myself have experienced that if you follow the basic principles for the best nutrition for human health, that rewards talented far beyond what you can imagine. Not only transform your body closer to his ideal weight, fitness, and health, you’ll get a better mental clarity and emotional stability. You are better connected to what you are as a person and why they are on this planet.

Eat more support to life-food, fresh whole fruits and vegetables, not just food, and eating correctly opens our consciousness and catalyzes the discovery and discovery of our inner core and how it can affect the world around us.

Although some may never suspect, it’s amazing the power that all fruits and green leafy salad vegetables you choose to eat and the power is within sight of the shot.

All you need do is wash, open your mouth, bite and chew.
