Aerobic Exercise Does Not Work

You may find that shocking, but true. Aerobic exercise actually burns muscle and reduce fat and your metabolism. All that causes loss of muscle is not desirable, considering that as we age we lose 30% of our muscles alone, approximately 1-2% per year. We can not afford to lose more. This muscle loss will be increased so if low-calorie diet is used in conjunction with aerobic exercise.
Now I know some of you may think, “Ah, so, a little muscle loss is worth if I lose the fat.” I would say that you think about it, it sounds a little scary, but true. muscles are missing not only from your body, but also their vital organs and bones. That’s the heart, liver, kidneys, etc. If your organs to function with reduced speed, then so do your hormones.
This type of system can also cause osteoporosis, because their bones are one third of the protein. Actually what we do is aging and you will see this on the outside, and they feel on the inside. I’m sure you know people who have lost too much weight this way is tight in the face, and really old.
So what should we do?
How can we bring back this muscle? The answer is simple – weight training. Weight training can rejuvenate your organs, balance hormones, improve health, sculpt your body, and provide a higher metabolism. For every pound of muscle gained one of the body to burn 50 calories, 50 fat calories, fat and not muscle. If you are young you can train the muscles back to life, if you have enough to turn back the clock by increasing new muscle. Sounds interesting right?
